Limitations of Liability By placing an order, you agree that JulieOrlov.com’s maximum liability for the products sold on this website is limited to its purchase price only. In no circumstances is JulieOrlov.com or any of their representatives liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold. By using this site, or ordering from it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and policies. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any use of copyrighted material or trademarks on this site should not be viewed as a challenge to those copyrights or trademarks.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
We at JulieOrlov.com will gladly accept all major credit cards such as Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. We will take credit cards over the phone, however, we will only ship to the confirmed address on the credit card. If you want the merchandise shipped to another address that address must be listed as an alternative address with your credit card company. Also in order for us to process your credit card order you name, address, and zip code must match with the information on file with your credit card company before we can process any kind of credit card transaction. Sorry but there are no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. We will gladly accept returns on all shipped products – i.e., trade books, packaged CD’s, and packaged DVD’s when shipped to us within 30 days of purchase. Before you return you merchandise make sure to obtain an RMA authorization number with a company representative. You will need this in order to return your merchandise. If you have received damaged merchandise you must report it to us JulieOrlov.com within Three (3) business days. All merchandise sold on JulieOrlov.com is insured for the total purchase price. The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer unless the order was received in error.
ELECTRONIC PURCHASES
All digital products including, ebooks, videos, and mp3 downloads are not subject to refunds. All electronic sales and purchases from JulieOrlov.com are final.
CANCELLATION POLICY ON SERVICES
Julie Orlov provides the following services: Public Seminars, Speaking Engagements, and Coaching Services. Our cancellation policies are as follows: Public Seminars: 14 days or more prior to the event – 100% Refund ; 5 days or more prior to the event – 50% Refund; less than 5 days prior to the event – No Refund. Speaking Engagements: 14 days prior to the scheduled event – Company or Organization is not responsible for contracted fee for service; 5 days or more prior to the scheduled event – Company or Organization is responsible for 50 percent of the contracted fee for service; less than 5 days prior to the scheduled event – Company or Organization is responsible for 100 percent of the contracted fee for service. Coaching Services: Clients will be charged the full fee for services for all sessions cancelled within seventy (72) hours.

The Julie Orlov website includes written materials, text, photos, images, trademarks, logos, an overall look and feel, and other intellectual property and proprietary materials which are either owned by, or otherwise made available by permission to Julie Orlov. Except as provided in these Terms of Use, no materials contained in the Julie Orlov website may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, copied, transmitted, distributed, publicly displayed or otherwise used, without the written permission of Julie Orlov.

Any unauthorized use may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communication regulations and statutes. Damaged Shipments JulieOrlov.com makes sure to package each order as well as possible to prevent any damages occurring during transport. Unfortunately, there will be the occasional damaged item.
When shipping damage occurs please make sure that you do not dispose of the original shipping container or any of the packing material. If the original box and packaging materials are not provided, we will not be able to file a claim for your product and you would not be able to get your item replaced. Please pack the damaged item back up as you received it and contact us immediately via email at, support@julieorlov.com. Once confirmed, we will be able to ship out your replacement.
